Practical issues

Conference languages are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided. 

The conference is free of charge. However the participants are expected to pay for their own travel and accommodation expenses. 

Transportation in Estonia between the hotel and the conference venue and catering during the conference is provided by the organisers. This also includes the excursion, the mayor's reception and the conference dinner. You will also get free access to the biggest Baltic Agricultural fair 'Maamess 2018', starting on April 19 2018 in Tartu. However, pre-registration before April 1^st 2018 is mandatory. See the registration page for this. 

The organisers have pre-booked accommodation in Tartu, however the places are limited, so book you stay as soon as possible through the registration form. See the accommodation menu on the left for more information. 

People coming from outside Schengen area might need visa. Please contact you local office or conference organisers for this. More information is provided in the left-hand menu.
